Balance

We love the work we do and are very passionate about it. At times it seems we focus all of our energy on our many special projects. We're realizing it's all too easy to find ourselves "off balance," not paying enough attention to other important areas of our life. While we need drive and focus to get things done, letting this take us past our point of balance can lead to less productivity, effectiveness, and fun.

Having recently brought our attention back to our need for more balance in our life we've decided to schedule a short vacation. No trips to exotic lands. Just a quiet time so we can recreate, rejuvenate, and revitalize.

Whether you love your work or not, stopping to check the balance in your life is the surest way to maintain an overall sense of well being.

With love and gratitude,

Beth and Neill

How to Co-Create Your Relationships:
5 Keys to Genuine Partnership

Written by Beth Banning & Neill Gibson

Have you ever noticed people playing the "who's-right, who's-wrong" game? Did you ever wonder why it's so common? It's because our culture teaches us to focus our attention on right-wrong thinking. The good news is that you can unlearn this power-over approach, and start having more genuine partnerships. If you'd like to help shift this personal and cultural consciousness, then please keep reading.

  Focused Attention Update:

We are very excited to let you know that we will once again be offering our Access Seminars. They will be delivered in a new two-part format. Part one will focus on your internal process and how to relate powerfully to yourself. Part two will focus on the process of relating powerfully to others. The tentative start date for the seminar is September 17th.

Please contact us if you would like any more information about this, and keep your eyes peeled for more details and introductory offers.

  Focused Attention Recommendations:

We are happy to recommend the Positive Futures Network and Yes Magazine:

Positive Futures Network is an independent, nonprofit organization supporting people's active engagement in creating a sustainable, and compassionate world.

The Positive Futures Network (PFN) and its publication YES! Magazine start with the belief that we need deep change in society and the natural world. They spotlight the creative work occurring in the U.S. and around the world, and encourage everyone, young and old, and from all communities, to be part of a powerful process of change.

Each issue focuses on a theme, showing the possibilities and practical steps that can lead us all to a more positive future.
