BalanceWe love the work we do and are very passionate about it. At times it seems we focus all of our energy on our many special projects. We're realizing it's all too easy to find ourselves "off balance," not paying enough attention to other important areas of our life. While we need drive and focus to get things done, letting this take us past our point of balance can lead to less productivity, effectiveness, and fun. |
