Prosperity

Have you noticed how the subject of prosperity seems to be talked about everywhere these days? As it so happens, we are very glad that it is.

As we began to focus our attention on prosperity in our lives, we noticed that the ideas of prosperity and money are so wrapped up with each other that it's hard for people to keep sight of the bigger picture when talking about prosperity.

We wanted to untangle these two ideas so we could experience the broader meaning of prosperity, which means being prosperous in ALL areas of our life. It became apparent that to do this we must start by looking at our limiting beliefs about money.

When we started exploring this we realized that somewhere along the way we had learned to believe that "Money" is a very serious matter.

Just thinking about money, or the lack of it, stimulated quite a bit of tension, not only in our minds but as a palpable physical sensation.

One tip we teach in our seminar is to use discomfort as an alarm that lets us know when something we value is missing. So if the alarm is going off about money, that means there is something for us to investigate.

One place this investigation led was to our guest author, Rebecca Fine. The resources she offers have been of great value to us in becoming more open to and receiving greater prosperity.

When we started exploring this idea of prosperity and abundance in all areas of our life, we came across a little book that was written by Wallace D. Wattles way back in 1910. After all this time it's still well worth reading. In fact, the internet movie sensation The Secret finds its basis in these century old writings.
