A Note From Beth and Neill

Being Happy

Over the last few months we've been getting very excited about all the new online video technology.

We decided we wanted to create our very own videos to support people and help them better understand our work. So off we went on our first video project.

The first step was to pick a topic. We started by asking: What is it that people want more than anything else? Why do we do what we do? What are we trying to achieve through most of our actions?

We asked ourselves: Why do we offer personal growth and self improvement courses? Because contributing to people supports our happiness. Why do we take vacations? Because rest and fun helps us feel happy. The list went on and on...

As we distilled our answers down, over and over again we found the same basic reason - we want to be happy.

You may have heard us say this before:

With this in mind, we started musing about ideas for a short little video that explores happiness - our natural desire for it, what prevents it, and a simple practice that could help people be happier.

After much consideration, preparation, and whole lot of time spent in execution... we are happy to announce the premier of the first Focused Attention video - Be Happy. (The first of many :-)

Our intention for the video was to create a tool that will support people becoming conscious about what prevents them from

Thank you in advance, and keep your eyes pealed for our next new video, coming soon to an inbox near you. And until next month -- Focus your attention, be happy, and as always, expect the best!

With love and gratitude,
